After a ten year construction period the new impressive main station in Liege, Belgium by architect Santiago Calatrava was inaugurated. In the town district Guillemins the filigree steel-glass-construction of the roof rises up to a hight of 50 meters and spans the nearly 160 meter long platforms like a wave. To the trains.

International balloon festival in Warstein, Germany

The international balloon festival in Warstein, Germany is the biggest in Europe. This year nearly 200.000 visitors were enthused by more than 250 balloons.
